SUMMARY:Kickoff Meeting: Global Modernities
DESCRIPTION:This seminar serves as the kickoff meeting of our five-year project Global Modernities: Narrative Patterns and Cultural Circulation in the Nineteenth Century\, organized within the framework of CNCSI and the CNCSI-Japan Hub. \nThe project explores how modern experience has been produced\, mediated\, and communicated through texts\, images\, and embodied practices\, drawing on recent interdisciplinary and comparative approaches in the humanities. \nThis online seminar is intended as an open academic discussion space for exchanging methodological perspectives and developing future directions for collaborative research.
